A 850 square foot classic beach cottage (newly renovated in 2024) consisting of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a 3 piece bathroom , living area with a gas stove (for the colder months) kitchen and dining area.  This cottage can accommodate 6 guests. 

This cottage offers high speed wireless internet so guests needing to attend meetings via Zoom or Teams can do so successfully. A wall mounted flat screen smart TV with Roku is available for your use.

Our water system consists of filtering, UV treatment and uses a softener for your comfort and safety. Bottled drinking water is supplied at no charge. 

• The living area can be easily adjusted to your needs.

•  A propane gas BBQ and picnic table, lawn chairs, front and back decks, and your own green space with a fire pit ensures you will be able to enjoy the beautiful summer days and evenings outside.

  There is parking for up to two vehicles.
• Rents by the week from Sunday to Sunday during the high season   (1st week of July until the end of August)
• Rents for minimum of 2 nights during the low season. (May, June, Sept and October)
• Closed for the winter months. November to April
