An 860 square foot winterized cottage consisting of a single bedroom with a queen size bed and a main living area with 2 double beds , couch and lounger.  A full kitchen, a 4 piece bathroom, new washer and dryer ( your use only)  allows for very modern and comfortable lodgings for up to 6 guests. 

The living area can be easily adjusted to your needs. 

This cottage offers high speed wireless internet so guests needing to attend meetings via Zoom or Teams can do so successfully. A smart flat screen wall mounted TV with Roku is viewable from most locations in the cottage.

Our water is treated and goes through a filtering system, salt water softened and goes through a UV protection unit for your safety.   We also provide you with bottled drinking water at no charge. A Gas fireplace is available to ensure warmth and comfort during those cooler months. .

A 6 person hot tub (for your cottage only), a propane gas BBQ and picnic table, lawn chairs, front and back decks, and your own green space with a fire pit ensures you will be able to enjoy the beautiful summer days and evenings outside.

All Bed linens, towels / kitchen / & dining supplies are included.  

Our extra amenities are also included at no charge.  These include: Use of Kayaks, paddle boards, yard games and bikes 

There is parking for up to two vehicles.

• Rents by the week from Saturday to Saturday during the high season   (1st week of July until the end of August)
• Rents with a minimum of 2 nights during the low season. (May, June, Sept and October)
• Closed for the winter months. November to April

A 850 square foot classic beach cottage (newly renovated in 2024) consisting of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a 3 piece bathroom , living area with a gas stove (for the colder months) kitchen and dining area.  This cottage can accommodate 6 guests. 

This cottage offers high speed wireless internet so guests needing to attend meetings via Zoom or Teams can do so successfully. A wall mounted flat screen smart TV with Roku is available for your use.

Our water system consists of filtering, UV treatment and uses a softener for your comfort and safety. Bottled drinking water is supplied at no charge.
